The Signature Bridal package is done by a senior artist and includes airbrush makeup, hair extensions setting and accessories setting, such as your maang tikka, matha patti, passa and dupatta pins. If you want one experienced person to handle the full look from skin to jewellery, this is the package to pick.

Your wedding-day timeline, planned backwards

Bridal makeup with hair and draping takes about 3 to 4 hours. The safest way to plan is to start from the time you must leave and count back. If your anand karaj or pheras are at 11 AM and the drive is 30 minutes, you should be fully ready by 10 AM. That means the artist should start by 6 or 6:30 AM. We offer early-morning bridal slots on request for exactly this reason.

For an evening wedding, keep the same logic but leave extra room for photos. Many photographers want 30 to 45 minutes of bride shots at home before leaving. Add that to your plan, and also keep 15 minutes spare for jewellery, footwear and the last-minute "one more selfie" moment with your cousins.

What to keep ready at home: a chair with a back, a table near a window or bright light, a plug point, your outfit ironed and laid out, all jewellery in one box, safety pins, your footwear and a light breakfast. Wear a front-open shirt so you do not pull anything over your head after makeup. Ask family to keep the room free of crowding so the artist can work steadily.

Skin prep in the weeks before your shaadi

Good bridal makeup starts weeks before the wedding. A simple routine of cleansing, moisturising and sunscreen every day makes a visible difference. If you have time, our pre-bridal packages spread facials, de-tan, waxing and hand and foot care over a few visits so your skin is at its best on the day.

Do not try new products or a new facial in the last 10 days. A reaction close to the wedding is hard to hide. Keep your last facial 4 to 5 days before the wedding, and get threading and waxing done 2 to 3 days before so any redness settles. Scrub your lips gently and use a lip balm daily, because dry lips make lipstick look patchy.

Sleep and water show on your face more than any product. In the Chandigarh winter wedding season, the air is dry, so use a richer moisturiser at night. In summer, keep a light gel moisturiser and avoid heavy creams on the morning of the wedding. On the day itself, come with clean, moisturised skin and no makeup on.

Should you book a bridal makeup trial?

The best time for a trial is 3 to 6 weeks before the wedding, after your skin routine has settled. Bring photos of your outfit and jewellery, or wear something in a similar colour. Look at the result in daylight, in yellow room light and in phone photos with flash, and tell the artist honestly what you would like changed.
