Rang lagao, tension nahi — Holi skin care at home
Holi Skin Care at Home in Chandigarh: Before and After the Colours
Looking for Holi skin care at home in Chandigarh? Holi is pure fun, but dry colours, water and the March sun can leave skin rough, patchy and tanned, and nails stained for days. With a little prep before and a gentle clean-up after, you can enjoy the colours without worrying about the next week.
Our women beauticians come to your home for pre-Holi grooming and post-Holi care: clean-ups, facials, de-tan, manicure and pedicure. And if you have a Holi party in the evening, we also do light, waterproof makeup that suits a relaxed festive mood.

The idea is simple: give the colour less chance to stick. A layer of moisturiser or oil on the face, neck, ears, arms and feet makes colour easier to wash off later. Lip balm, a coat of nail polish and a bit of oil around the cuticles help too. Tie your hair up in a braid or cover it with a scarf.
Plan grooming a few days before Holi, not the night before. Freshly waxed or threaded skin is more sensitive, so book waxing at home and threading two or three days earlier. Full sleeves and old cotton clothes also mean less colour on your skin.
Post-Holi colour removal at home: what to do and what to skip
After playing, wash with lukewarm water and a mild face wash or soap-free cleanser. Remove what comes off easily, then moisturise. Some colour can stay for a day or two, and that is fine. Do not scrub hard, and do not use kerosene, detergent or bleach to rush it off.
Give your skin two to four days before a facial or clean-up or a de-tan. By then the skin has calmed down and the treatment works on the tan and dullness, not on irritated skin. If your skin stays red, itchy or burning after Holi, please see a doctor instead of trying more products.
Booking post-Holi care in Chandigarh
By March the sun in Chandigarh is getting stronger, and Holi often leaves arms and feet tanned and nails stained. A clean-up with a de-tan, or a manicure and pedicure, are the most popular bookings in the week after Holi. For a fuller reset before summer, body polishing works well once the skin has settled.
We work from 8 AM to 7 PM, all seven days, and cover Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Dera Bassi and Kharar. See the price list or call or WhatsApp 62837 64566 to book.

Holi — FAQs
How long after Holi should I get a facial?
Wait two to four days, until the skin feels calm. A facial or de-tan works better on settled skin than on skin that is still dry or irritated from colour.
Can I get waxing done the day before Holi?
It is better to wax two or three days before. Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive, and colour and sun on it the next day can be uncomfortable.
How do I get Holi colour off my nails?
A coat of polish before Holi helps a lot. If nails still look stained after, a manicure and pedicure at home cleans up the nails and cuticles.
Do you do makeup for Holi parties?
Yes. We do a light, waterproof look for playing and a fresh evening look for Holi dinners and get-togethers.
Which areas do you cover for post-Holi bookings?
All of Chandigarh plus Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Dera Bassi, Kharar, New Chandigarh and Lalru, with no travel fee inside these areas.
