Terms & Booking Policy

Booking

• Bookings are confirmed only after we confirm your slot on call or WhatsApp.
• All prices on our price list are starting prices. We share the exact price before confirming.
• For bridal and large group bookings, a small advance may be taken to block the date.

At your home

• Please keep a chair, a power point and a well-lit space ready. For hair services, access to a wash basin helps.
• Our team works with women clients. For the safety of our staff, an adult family member should be present at home.
• Please tell us in advance about allergies, sensitive skin or any medical condition.

Payment

• Pay after the service by UPI, cash or card.
• A minimum booking value applies per home visit (see our price list). Small services like threading or bleach can be combined with others to reach it.
• No travel fee within our service areas. For villages and towns outside our service areas, a travel charge may apply — we tell you before confirming.

Reschedule & cancellation

• Free reschedule up to 3 hours before your slot, subject to availability.
• For bridal bookings, any advance is adjusted against a new date if you reschedule in time. Please talk to us for details.

Results & feedback

Results can differ with skin and hair type. If you are not happy with any part of the service, tell the artist right away or call us on 62837 64566 — we will do our best to make it right.
