How to make your party makeup last all night

Come with a clean face and a light moisturiser on. Do not apply heavy creams, oils or sunscreen just before the artist arrives, as they can make the base slide. If you have had threading or waxing, get it done a day before so the skin is calm.

At the party, carry a small pouch with your lipstick, a compact and blotting papers. Blot oil instead of adding more powder again and again. Eat with care, and reapply lipstick after dinner rather than wiping the old one hard.
