Booking & Payment
How do I book a beautician or makeup artist at home?
Call or WhatsApp us on 62837 64566, or fill the booking form. Tell us the service, date, time and your area — we confirm your slot in minutes.
How early should I book?
For regular services, a day before is ideal, and same-day slots are often available. For party makeup on weekends and festivals, book 3–5 days ahead. For bridal makeup in wedding season, book 2–3 months ahead.
How do I pay?
Pay after the service by UPI, cash or card. For bridal bookings, a small advance may be taken to block your date.
Can I reschedule?
Free reschedule up to 3 hours before your slot, subject to availability.
Is there a minimum booking amount?
Yes. Because our expert travels to you with a full kit, a minimum booking value applies per home visit (shown on our price list). Small services like eyebrows or upper lip are best added to a facial, waxing or mani-pedi booking. There is no travel fee within our service areas.
At-Home Service & Hygiene
Do I need to arrange anything at home?
Just a chair, a power socket and some space near a table. We bring everything else.
Do you send women beauticians only?
Yes. All our beauticians and makeup artists are trained and verified women professionals.
How do you keep services hygienic?
We use single-use disposables (wax strips, spatulas, gloves, face sheets), sanitised tools for every client, and fresh towels. Our team follows a simple hygiene checklist at every visit.
Are products included in the price?
Yes, all essentials are included. Premium brand upgrades are available on request.
Is there a travel or minimum order fee?
No travel fee within our service areas. A minimum booking value applies per home visit — you can combine any services (for example threading + waxing + a clean-up) to reach it. See our price list.
Bridal & Party Makeup
When should I book my bridal makeup?
For wedding season (October to February), book 2–3 months in advance. For other months, 3–4 weeks is usually enough. Same-week bookings are possible if the date is free.
Can you come to the wedding venue or hotel?
Yes. We come to your home, banquet hall, farmhouse or hotel anywhere in the Tricity, Dera Bassi and nearby towns. For destination weddings, call us for a custom quote.
Do you offer a bridal makeup trial?
Yes, a paid trial is available on request. It helps you finalise the look, hairstyle and shades before the big day.
Can you do makeup for my family and bridesmaids too?
Yes. Family and bridesmaid makeup is available for groups of 3 or more. We send extra artists so everyone is ready on time.
